Hey guys.
So I bought my tl in the spring and I'm looking to get some winter tires. I've been hearing that the gta is going to get hit by a worse than normal winter. So I'm looking to get some very good winter tires. My newborn son will be in the vehicle once in a while so I just want him to be safe. I hear Bridgestone blizzaks are pretty decent, any input anyone? Also looking for a good tire shop preferably in the Scarboough area.

I have used X Ice in the past on a different car and they were great.

 

Blizzak LM-60s, X-Ices, Pilot-Alpins, are all good.

I have the LM-60s. They're awesome tires.

I just got the Michelin x-ice 3 installed yesterday (for about a grand) and i'm waiting for the first storm so i can see how they handle in winter conditions.

I got em with steel rims. Tires are 215-55-16
So far it feels a lot lighter than the factory rims and tires..ride is very smooth. Steering is very easy.

 

Michelin Pilot Alpins for my TL and now for my RL. I think they are great.

 

I bought a set of Conti Winter Viking 2 Spec for my TL from Consumers Tire in Markham. Size 205 60 R16. They're awesome on snow and ice.

 

I really liked the Nitto SN2

 

Bridgestone Blizzak... got a set on my RDX. You can literally go through anything lol.
