Planning on getting a tint.

Hey guys, so im planning on getting my windowns tinted asap, and I was wondering if 20% all around and 50% on the windsheild would get any attention from cops. My interior is black btw and im in Ontario.

some and not all cops will give you a hard time with 20% tint but 50% on the windshield will, try looking in to the tint LLUMAR Air Blue for the front windshield

Depending on the brand you choose to go with the film's darkness will vary. Some companies 20% is lighter or comparable to a 30%, so research the company. Also 20% is illegal on the front windows as per ontario laws requiring a 30-35% medium film for driver front and passenger. As per the windshield it is also illegal unless you have a doctors note.

Now, will you get pulled over for having illegal tint...not necessarily it's more about how you are driving. Usually police wont pull you over for tint unless your car is very bait and just want to hassle you, generally it's an added charge on top. I have 5% all around with a 15% windshield. 20% is not hard to see out at night, but just be cautious with your insurance company not covering you in an accident.
