Im in Mississauga and I was wondering if there are any reputable shops in the area that do foglights, tints, and other mods like that.

i agree with abriel, you're in a place where there is a wealth of knowledge and experience. a lot of the guys here would be more than wiling to help you out. also use youtube and the internet most cars are relatively standard when it come to maintenance. for the specifics come here. it will take you no time to figure all of this stuff out.

Nextmod doesent carry OEM fogs for the TL from what I remember. Get them off ebay and DIY - I just ordered mine two days back and will get to it as soon as the weather is warm enough for me to work on the car.

What are you looking for? Inspire fogs or Accord fogs?

Order a OEM switch and switch harness! Those eBay switches look cheap and don't fit perfect.

There's a guy on here that made a pretty good DIY for accord fogs

I would never spend $150 on an aftermarket kit.
If I were to go with an aftermarket kit, I'd buy it from K2 Motors on eBay for $60.
I've had experience with K2 motors and their fog lights are glass lens, opposed to plastic.
Also very easy to wire compared to other aftermarket kits.

They're both aftermarket.
One is $60, the other is $150.

Your choice.
