^ Never had any complaints about the package. If any rumor like that ever started I could send out an e-mail entitled "performance report" showing my female satisfaction percentage, Ex- gf testimonials, schematic of the penis, and CAD model of my crown jewels. JK... yeah that would suck.

Only way it would be worth it was if she was happily married and just looking for a side piece.
Otherwise you don't want the drama of a workplace relationship unless you are prepared to leave.
By happily married I mean that there would be no way that she would ever dump her husband for you.

If you could somehow keep the romance separate from work. That would be very hard to do. Saw one manager and his secretary get fired. They got caught going at it in the parking lot from security cameras. Smart move huh?

Depends on how closely you work with her. Like if you're in the same department, share the same boss, on the same floor, etc. that's risky business. But if you just see her in the cafeteria or on the elevator from time to time and don't have many mutual colleagues, I don't see the big deal.
I don't see anything wrong with it as long as you follow a few simple rules:
1. Don't do it with anyone you work with directly and on a daily basis with. Helps if you work for a bigger company.
2. Don't brag about it to other co-workers
3. If/When it ends, regardless of who ends it, don't talk about it, just move on to the next one.
4. Don't hook up in the office, take that shit elsewhere. If you got no place to go, get a better job!
Its in your favor that the girl is after you, you don't want to get the reputation as the guy who hits on every girl.

I'll chime in here - it depends on the maturity level of both parties. My wife and I dated while with the same company - and got married. For a while we even worked on the same floor with just a wall between us - where the term Glory Hole originated. We did this for 10 yrs. We have been married for 28 yrs. now, so you see, sometimes it does work.
There are at least two married couples where I work, but both are MUCH older and I have no idea where they met. You spend a lot of time at work so it is only natural that sometimes you find relationships there.
My advice would be go for it on 2 conditions. 1. you do not actually work together, otherwise if it goes bad you are going to need a new job. 2. you both know what you are getting into. If you think you are doing a quick hit -n- run, and she is thinking your a soulmate, then things are going to get real ugly around your place.

I don't see a problem if it isn't against company policy. I have 3 other guys in my department. My boss met his wife here. My other co-worker met his wife here. The last one met his girl friend here. There are a lot of people where I work that date other people her.
If you or this chick is prone to being really petty or tend to talk about your relationships a lot, then it's not likely to work out well. If you are mature enough, then it could work. Also, I hope you do not work too close to each other. That could cause problems.

Seriously though, most work relationships don't work out. Either you'll lose your job or lose the girl or a combination of losing something... There are times when it's the perfect work environment; where both are not in conflict at work (ie: she's your boss or you are hers type)... The perfect work environment would be you in one department that doesn't directly work with the other... If this is the case then go for it... but overall I would say keep away and be friends only...
