Here's the situation.

-Met the chick just before I broke up with my girlfriend
-She knew I was in a relationship and said she would be cool with being friends, since she is just dating and having fun
-We made out once before I broke up with my girl
-She has this one other guy she has been dating for about 3 months
-About a week after i break up with my girl we had sex
-We start dating going out about 5 times in the past couple weeks
-She tells me that she doesn't feel comfortable havings sex with both me and this other guy (I didn't know they were having sex) and so since we have only known each other a month I am cut-off from sex
-The Friday after she tells me this we go out and have a great time making out on the dancefloor etc. at the end of the night I make moves, she makes it clear nothing is gonna happen i relent.
-I tell her call me when she gets home so I can know she made it safely, she doesn't call me
-She doesn't call me Saturday and I don't call her, she does call me Sunday but I am in the middle of a family issue I tell her I'll call back.
-I call her back before I go to the movies with this other chick, no answer, I leave no message
-I call her after I take the other chick home, again, no answer, I leave no message
-She doesn't call me Sunday, she doesn't call me Monday, I left her a message yesterday around 3:00, still haven't heard from her

Normally this wouldn't bother me too much, but the way she was during the month that we have known each other makes the fact she hasn't called me in 3 days, and we haven't spoken or seen each other in 5 days a bit puzzling to me. Usually she would call me, or send me a cute e-mail or text message at least once a day. Furthermore when we went out she was all over me and she didn't seem offended by my overtures at the end of the night. I may have come off as a bit short with her when we talked breifly on Sunday but that because of family stress.

So whats the deal where do you guys think I stand? My newly single ego is still fragile, I need advice.

But how the hell did you not know she was sleeping with her boyfriend if she was letting you hit after not dating at all?

Yeah, the guy she is dating emailed a friend of hers (he didn't know they were friends) on Yahoo! Personals saying he was still looking.

She also claims that he knows about me, not the sex part but that we hang out. We have been seeing each other at least 2 times a week for the last month.

OK she broke her cell-phone Sunday and got her replacement this morning, thats why she hasn't called me.

You should have said "no you're cut off from sex w/ me till you figure out what youre doing....im not gonna go out and show you a good time if youre doin it with some other dude and not me." Also you gotta have more respect for yourself if youre gonna let this girl 2 time you. It's fine if youre just using her but not if you have feelings for her.

It really is...I just used it on some dude last week. And that COMBINED with the "I have feelings for this other guy"......wow. That's a double-whammy man. Those are the 2 most popular girl excuses for "I don't want to hurt your feelings, but I'm not really interested in you" scenario.

-These aren't excuses she was upfront with me from the first day she met me that is seeing someone else but they are not committed.
-I saw the brand new cell-phone last night when we went out for drinks.
-We always go dutch, she buys one round I buy the next and we alternate all night.
-Since she told me about not being comfortable having sex with two guys at the same time we have pretty much been doing everything else except sex, so I am pretty sure she wouldn't be doing that stuff if she wasn't interested.

I was just kidding about the newly single feelings, I am dating 2 other girls and the feelings I have for this chick are strictly on the fun level. She's a great chick to hang out with and sexy as hell, but neither one of us is looking for a relationship. But as a newly single guy I need to build up my team, and so far I've only got 3 and I need at least a starting 5 and a 6th girl coming off the bench in a pinch, so I don't want to be losing girls before I meet my quota.

I was just wondering if I did or said something wrong after the last time we went out that caused her to pull back, come to find out it was just a broken cell-phone.
