I remember the tug too. It's just for a second. Well worth it unless you want to upgrade to a Tahoe and bigger house.

It's not that bad. Honestly. I did more harm trying to shave the area than the procedure did.

The idea of what they are going to do is far worse than the actual procedure itself.

Well, we already have a Traverse, and that has more interior room than a Tahoe.

Yes, and much less expensive. Raising a kid now to age 18 will take roughly $260K for middle class people.

Mine was in the military - I was not offered any shaving services. And I wouldn't have accepted if they did. No need for 19 year olds with razors near my man parts.

The only pain I remember was from the novocaine shot. Felt like an ant just chomped on my sack. The right incision was about half an inch down. The left was about an inch and a half.

The worst pain overall was from the stitches 10-14 days later. Those fuckers would not dissolve and they just kept poking me like the rest of the colony was trying to finish me off.

Got it done just over two years ago.

Went to a great clinic in Oakville(Ontario), Dr. had a great sense of humour, always appreciated when undergoing such a procedure, and VERY minimal discomfort.

Recovery time was pretty quick, I do suggest using Polysporin as well to help the incision heal quickly.

All the best to those of you planning to get it done.

Long long afterward from the surgery were you able to resume 'beating it' or having sex again?

Everything was normal. Once the incisions healed, I didn't notice any difference whatsoever. I forget now how many days the doc said to wait but it wasn't much. Then I had to knock out 20 and come back for a recheck to make sure it took. But by then they'd backed up my records to tape and stored them off site.... (j/k)

I think I waited at least 10 days. Just too sore the first week but they tell you to wait 2 weeks anyways to not break shit.

I thought it was strange my doc didn't tell me to wait any amount of time or at all. He just never mentioned it. I think I had a go 5 days later, but I was very cautious.

Like Louder, I had a count at 20 and then again at 40. I was supposed to go back at 6 months, but I never did. Those first counts at the most important. 99% of post procedure pregnancies are because they didn't follow up on the counts or they didn't wait long enough.

Operation was hopefully a success. Had it done Thursday, yesterday was my 12 year wedding anniversary. Go figure. The doctor said to wait at least 48 hours. I waited roughly 80 hours.

I'm still feeling some 'pressure' down there, however. I am using a bag of peas to help the healing process. The doctor put Dermabond on the three incision sites instead of stitches, and it's starting to wear off.

How long after your surgery did the pressure go away from that area? I feel as if I'm being kicked in the balls, constantly, although the pain is not THAT bad (just pressure).

So the 'pressure' feeling left after roughly a week?

So did anyone else's nuts swell roughly a week after the surgery? Not sure if it's the after-effects of the surgery or what, but damn.

I didn't experience that, or any pressure. Aside from the incisions I felt normal. Might be worth a trip back to the doctor?

I don't remember any swelling, but the bruising took a full week to set in. I would imagine similar body functions could cause either or both.

If I get out of the shower or something, it hurts if I bounce up and down or walk rough. I hope that ends soon, hence my question.

I want so much to start running again, but the feeling of being constantly kicked in the balls when bouncing up and down from running is keeping from doing it.
