Ok heres the situation. Theres a girl at work. Pros: Shes a babe 
, im pretty sure shes into me, and we flirt/txt alot. Cons: bosses daughter
, shes 23, (6 yrs older than me) , and 2 kids. I dunno if i should hit it n quit it or do nothin. Neither of us are lookin for a relationship; just some fun. I dunno how to go about this.. Friends say go for it but there also immature compared to you guys. . .

lol damn 6 years older than you and shes diggn ya? First off, Its never good to hook up with someone you work with, never. Its cool at first thought to hit and quit but that doesnt last too long. Then the bosses daughter *shakeshead* lol...your knocking on the troubles front door...but thats just my two cents, you obviously can make your own decisions.

So consider a few things carefully.
- At 23 someone else has "hit it" enough to produce two children. At 23. In a day where you have to really go out of your way to avoid using birth control. Ask yourself why this is.
- I've been 23. Although it was the dark ages, I was never drawn to a 17 year old at that age. Again, ask yourself why.
- You have no idea what she'll tell daddy about you. If some 17 year old kid "hit it and ran" with my daughter, and he worked for me, I'd see that his life was miserable.
- So even if she's looking for some fun, sounds like when she was 17 she wanted to have some fun too and had a kid as a result. Then had another.
IMO, at 17 if you want a one night stand I HAVE to believe you have other choices than this rats nest. Honestly, she sounds like the kind of mistake a young 17 year old can make that you'll look back on and wish desperately you passed on.

I dunno, in h.s. I had a friend who, at 16, lost his V-card to a 24 yr old and for years it seemed like it was the greatest thing that ever happened to him. The 2 kids part is kind of sketchy, but from the sounds of things, it sounds like you work in a fast-food joint so if her dad makes life bad for you then just go to another place.

relationship: it could work out. a lot depends on how much you dig her.

Relationship is a NO man, at 17 you dont wanna be dad to someone elses kid, thats just messed up IMHO. Hitting it? YES, who cares if she goes to her dad. Just deny everything. He can fire you and you can find a new job but you can still say this to his face "I am 17 and I fucked your 23 year old daughter, so IN YO FACE" hahahaha

Doesn't sound like this job is his career path, he's 17. He already said she's not looking for something serious.
Do it, the worse thing that can happen is you lose your job, which at 17 you probably won't be at for long regardless.
If you do plan to stay at this job and/or need it then stay away.
And like Ocho Cinco said, I think you're the first person from Montana we've seen on these boards. I've been out to Boseman/Big Sky 4 or 5 times. Beautiful state.

K here is some edits... Her MOM owns the company (Taco John's... hahaha laugh it up) with her grandma. and her dad isnt really in the picture. (She was married, kids have same dad.) shes had a rough couple of years (by that i mean kids). She is clean, no drugs or anythin. Shes not stupid.
I was gonna but the 15 y/o i was messin round with ran off with some other guy
SO i was thinkin of the bosses daughter. The kids thing is the main downfall.

As weird as it sounds I would say this is normal but the kids thing is scary. Chances are, being 17, you will do it if you get the chance so go for it
