Sex to a man is critical to his healthy standing in a relationship. A woman not sexing you is not respecting your needs as a man.
Sure, an argument could be made that she's this or that (too tired, busy, whatever) but that's irrelevant. Her lifestyle is not compatible with your sexual needs.
Date more women. No need to cheat. She needs to step it up. Tell her that you need to date a woman that can satisfy your needs and that clearly you're not sexually compatible. She'll either make an effort to satisfy you or not. Never give an ultimatum. Meanwhile you make her work for your attention with steaks and sloppy blowjobs.
