Whiskers = good nickname!
I'd like my nickname to be wstevens_chincheekscalp

The shorts are nice, but not the main reason.

I'll have to redeem myself! I do trim my leg hair with beard trimmers after all.
Fashion to me means trying to flatter my body in every way possible and to make sure I'm wearing tight shirts and manly pants that go with them. Using this philosophy, I get hit on many many times more than the femmy guys.

Oh man... I used to have over 150 pair, but I have pared (haha) it down in the past few years, only keeping those I need. Keep in mind, please, that I have to wear a suit or something similar to work every day, AND I just happen to be a woman...
2 pair 3" pointy-toed black leather (one with bow, one wingtip)
1 pair 1.5" pointy-toed black leather (plain)
1 pair 2" square-toed black leather (currently in the back of my closet as square toes are a big faux-pas)
2 pair slingbacks, one at 3", one at 2", both round-toed and black leather
4 pair of loafers, varying styles, heel-heights, and formality all black leather
1 pair flat mary janes, black leather
(anyone noticing a theme here?)
1 pair flat ballet t-straps, black leather
4 pair flat sparkly princess mules, one light pink, one dark pink, one turquoise, and one black
Green/pink/yellow Roos
White/orange Nikes
Grey New Balances
Grey/Blue New Balances
2 pair Rainbow flip flops (one pair really old, one pair really really super old)
BTW I don't own any brown or navy suits, dress pants or other formal attire... everything is either grey or black, on purpose. This way almost any pair of shoes will match everything in my closet at any time... so the different styles are chosen based on the style of the clothing in question, not the color. That way, I'm never limited to one pair of shoes that doesn't really look right with an outfit, but I have to wear them because they're the only ones that match.
As for guys and shoes, I dunno... As long as they're clean, in style, and well-maintained, I could care less. I can see turning a guy down for a date if he's wearing raggedy-ass Reebok Pumps, or running shoes with slouch socks, or something equally atrocious, but it would have to be really noticeable. I can only think of Scott having four or five different TYPES of shoes (white skate/street shoes, rainbows, loafers, and dress shoes), but he has several pairs of each, and they're all well-maintained.

But I have been considering a change to Waahib...

It might make getting on planes easier.
But "Franks and Beans" was a cool tag line.
