Hanging out with a girl at work, I know we like each other made out a few nights ago, she talked to her friend about it who also works with us and her friend told me to be more aggressive with her. Last night, a little more making out, a little ass grabbing, a little lip biting. I tried to step it up a notch but her responses were just mediocre and I felt foolish. I kinda get the feeling we are going to be compatible in bed. Its funny I'm in the same boat with a girl who've I've been chillin with for over a month. I've been TRYING to read her body language, signs etc...but nothing has happened. I haven't pushed the envelope either so....

did not read through all the post but here is what I like to do...

tell her that you want to 'be' with her. When she is ready, tell her to let you know and you will plan a nice weekend away.
