I'm dating a girl, I'm good friends with her roommate (how I met the girl) and my roommate is friends with the roommate too.

The girl I'm dating acts like she wants to be with me, says stuff, sends texts like you're great...blah blah.

The roommate told my friend last night that the two (girls) spoke and she likes me and all but would not be all busted up if I never called her again, and is not sure if she has the time, blah blah.

Some background, the other girl and I are friends, she's not jealous or anything, and she's off to DC for the next 3 years in a month, so it can't be her. My roommate, I dunno, but he's been there for me through it all since we were 6...

Who do I believe?

Do I stick it out and see if what happens, or just end it knowing what I know? Ask her what she wants out of this and see if she says anything?

I dunno what's going on here. But without the specifics, do what makes you happy. Ultimately, any relationship is about value ... and value is relative to the specific person, place, and time. If you feel that you are not getting any value out of the relationship (whether it be sex, friendship, future, etc.), cease and desist and move on.

 

How about this...act like you didn't hear anything and let her tell you if there is a problem. Just keep hittin it until she tells you to stop. sheeeeessh.

Don't call her. If you see your friend, tell her you're moving on. The girl you're dating will hear about this and will be all over you like stink on shlt. If not, doesn't sound like you're really losing anything.
