Well, i made the mistake of dating a girl at work. we were dating just for a few weeks. fooled around and all. great girl, only one negative about her. and unfortunatly too big for me to ignore. she did have a kid. for the most part i was ok with that. but of course when my parents found out they werent too please. so saterday after a night of fooling around, she says she wants to go out exclusivly. so i thought about it for a few days she txt msgs me while im in class last night. says that she has been open with me and she doesnt know how i feel about her. i didnt want to do it over txt msg but she gave me an out. so i took it.

so today i have not gone near her office. ive just kept it cool. i dont think she told anyone here. but i did tell someone that has an office near her just to make sure she is ok and everything.

anyway, just thought i would share.

 

#1 rule, never date someone u work with......only hit it.

2ndly, why would u even wanna date a chick u work with. you will never have anytime apart from eachother.

 

and I am a man coming from this experience...I wouldn't even hit it. Just stay away, causes too many problems. Good thing I got I new job now. It sucks after you break up and you still each other.

 

I got suckered into a relationship with a coworker. I just wanted to be friends with her, but couldn't shake her. She was persistent and one thing led to another. Everything was great, until we broke up. It was akward at work, in fact we didnt really talk to each other.

 

It does suck that you still have to work with her. Maybe since you were just dating for a few weeks everything will blow over quicker. Good luck!

the funny thing is i had a long relationship at another place i worked at too. i swore to myself not to date at work again. but it happened. luckily i ended this one before it got too serious

 

Yes, I still swear I will never do it, but I think this chick next to me wants it. Just have to stay away from alcohol when I'm with her.
