Sorry for the late reply, my life has turned upside down in the last few days.

Well, now I wish I never got involved. All of you that were saying it was a bad idea were correct.

Michael decided to go insane and he wants to kill me. I left the house Friday night because I was scared for my life. He called Lori over 20 times and left death threats against me. I went home on Saturday morning because he was gone (hopefully moved out for good) and there was a note in my room that said he would be back to kill me. Also, he trashed everything I own. Every single piece of clothing is ruined. My brand new queen size bed and bedding is ruined. My computer equipment is ruined. All of my legal documents that I have (house papers, pink slips, etc...) is ruined.

He moved out of the house and we have already changed the locks.

I had the police come out but I decided not to file charges since it would be a felony and I did not want to screw up Michael's life. He would have to serve prison time. Instead, I am going to take up a civil suit and sue him for property damage.

You need to move. Now! You apartment complex should let you break any lease if your under some sort of physical harm. Sorry to hear that it has gotten so out of control! You should not be scared to go home to your own house and if you stay there he knows where to find ya. Move now, some people are just to crazy to reason with.

 

this would make a good reality tv show.

hate to say it but , i told ya payback would be a bitch. You should know better than to mess with a buddy's/acquiantances' woman, but hey you live you learn. Ash, you need to be careful with this guy, he already crossed the line by destroying all your posessions and may cause u bodily harm(i.e kill you). Sounds like ur gonna have to kick his ass or report him to the PD.

 

Supposedly he has moved to Austin and been informed by the police that if he gets near me or the house, he's going to go to prison for some time.

Lori had a feeling he was cheating on her but whenever she asked, he would completely manipulate her.

Also, I met her before I met him and we hit it off right away. If he was willing to cheat and lie to her countless times, he was willing to lose her. That's the way I look at it.

At the same time, when Lori and I both decided to pursue each other, we took a risk... neither of us knew he was psyhco or we would have waiting until he was gone at the end of this month.
