how much older..

is too old for you guys?

I'm not a big fan of dating older women, but i may think thats changing. I'm 24 (25 in a few months) and she is 30. At first i was alittle pushed away with it, but now i dont see it as that bad.

What about you guys. Oldest girl you'd date?

i dunno i'd say 5 years difference isnt that much at all, especially if both of you have a set career, home etc..

when i was 15 i dated a girl that was 21.... that was needless to say strange, but i learned a lot from her

my current g/f is older than me, whenever she smarts off, i just tell her that shes ancient and all those nasty things that girls never like to hear

older women know what they want, plus they have experience that can benefit you
they are more independant and aren't as filled with issues as younger females

been there done that. older women have one fatal flaw. a biological clock. after 35 child birth gets risky. if you plan on staying with her, plan on having kids within 5 years.

i only date younger women now btw

Oldest I dated...I was 25 and she was 32...she was quite hot and fun.

But turned out to be another So Cal blonde airhead..and after awhile I couldnt stand her.

Shame...her dad was rich and she knew what was up in the bedroom.

I've always liked and dated older women...til my current girlfriend.

Every girl I ever meet that's older than me is either married [includes the 24/25 year olds] or being passed upon by every other guy for reasons that become obvious after about 10 minutes of inquisition.

Your reward for dating an older women will be mega great . Basically because she is thrilled that she still looks good enough to nab a younger guy.

For a serious relationship I would have a hard time going over 35, unless she was beyond amazing in every possible way. I've gone up to 40 in the past, but that was a one time thing. I have my "shit" together more then most my age so younger girls, while fun, are not on the same page as me.

Just hanging out with an older woman is a little more relaxing, they are not as uptight and typically not stuck on themselves like younger girl. They also know what they want from life, even if they STILL won't admit it, so there are fewer curve balls thrown in the game. The problem is kids, if she wants them and is older you better want them to, or it won't work. I also wonder how an attractive, smart, funny(etc... you know the type of woman you date) is still single at that age.

i've dated 2 women older than me.
1. i was 21, she was 26
2. i was 21, she was 25

nothing wrong with an older woman. Both had a kid, but that was cool with me. I can say usually they know what the want in their man, and in bed. I've found older women will better take care of the men too!

but this i from my experience, and my friends' experience with older women. Some are just the same as younger ones too!

I dated a 27 yr old chick when I was 21. The maturity level and life experience is def there. It's much easier to have a conversation with someone who has something to talk about.

I'm 35 now... (36 in march), and I'm at a point where I really want to get going with my life... and be in a serious relationship that will hopefully lead to marriage and family... so since women have a "biological clock" I really can't date someone too much older... in fact... if you think about it... it takes time to get to know someone, and figure out if she's the right one.... and all that takes time... sometimes years... so if I was to date women my age or older.... by the time we decide that we are right for each other... having kids become risky... For serious relationship... I aim for mid to late 20's, but for "hook ups" just about any age... even older ones if she's attractive. (which, I have... last year... when I was 34, I dated a 46 year old for about a month... sex was great )

My woman is 37, I'm 30. She's an awesome chick. I don't have to deal with the headaches of a girl that doesn't know what she wants and all the drama that comes with dating a younger woman.

But what makes a 26 yr old girl go for a 22 year old guy? Because obviously they're looking for the same thing. I know it's great to date or hookup with someone who is more mature/has more life experience, etc but doesn't everyone want that? So what makes them want to go for younger guys when they have older guys chasing after them already?

Maturity is usually a good thing...depending what you're looking for. Plus sex drive really kicks in in the 30s

From my experience, they've said they like younger guys cause

1. younger guys are usually not overbearing, a good amount of older guys they meet are all about being serious off the bat and dont like to just go and have a good time.
2. sex drive matchup. Mens sex drive peaks early than most womens.
3. younger guys are kinda like bragging rights for them.

now, i dont know if this is the same with most older women, but this is what i've been told.

At least who know she won't bite.

Kind of relating to what others have said, if you're just dating and she is cool with that, there's nothing wrong. As long as you both are on the same page in the relationship, its all good. However, chances are she will want the relationship to progress before/faster than you do. That's where the age difference really comes into play.

I dated a woman who was 32 when I was 25. It started out great, but then she wanted to get serious. I wasn't ready for that and things went south.

Depends on their net worth. I could go up to 40, if she is worth $5-10 million. But with money aside, I'd say 28 is the highest.

The day I graduated high school this girl I know set me up with her 27 year old Aunt at her graduation party. Dated for a few months but we both knew in the long run it wouldn't work.

On the other hand, while we were dating it worked out great because a lot of my friends that I hang out with are five or six years older than me, so it wasn't like she was hanging out with a bunch of kids.

But hey she was hot so it was fun while it lasted I'd probably do it again...

Date or bang? 2 different things. Date only a 2 year difference. Bang any year. My personal best has been a 21 year difference.

ex wife was 7 years my senior, it was OK for 22 years...

current girl is 4 years younger, but at our age that means nothing.

When I was 42 I had a short fling with a 21 year old , that was just weird! but in a wonderful way! I have NO idea what she was looking for but I was happy to stand in for a while...
