That's bullshit, I'm 22 and I've gotten a loaner from my dealer. We're long time customers there so maybe that had something to do with it. All I did was give him a copy of my license, fill out the form, and I got an RSX.

This is something new in the past few months that has come up. I recently experienced the same problem and they didn't confirm any reason other than they read their insurance policy. They might have a deal with enterprise that will allow them to give you a loaner car. I was given a car from enterprise at the dealerships expense.

I used to get loaner cars all the time, tsx, 04 TL, rsx, 03 TL, but now they changed it. Last time I got a truck, something I don't care to drive, but it worked.

Unfortunatley, it may be company policy. But, that does not mean that you just agree with them-fight them, cause you deserve it.
For instance, I had a si that had something screwy with the airbag control or whatever, it was a couple of years ago, and the stealership would not give me loaner because I was only 17 at the time. However, after "talking" to the service manager, I finally got a loaner.

Just remember, almost everything in life is negotiable.
