This thread is classic... why do girls get so clingy so fast??? then when you want your space they act like you're breaking up with them???

I think she thinks she was being 'led on'. She felt you were different and for the most part you were... so while you didn't cut and run like most men, she got attached rather quickly, then when you did leave, she got all depressed... yo, brotha... check the obits.. crazy bitch might throw herself off a bridge or something while leaving a note that proclaims her love for you... Either way you look at it, she is looney...

Yes and no. Condoms only protect the part they cover. What about your mouth and part of the penis it doesn't cover? Nope!

I didn't mention anal cuz I gave you the benefit if the doubt. Hahaha!

BUMP

Funny, this was in todays paper here in NY

********************************

What else could be wrong with the city today
by Associated Press
Monday June 09, 2008, 1:01 PM

A city Health Department study finds that more than a fourth of adult New Yorkers are infected with the virus that causes genital herpes.

The study, released today, says about 26 percent of New York City adults have genital herpes, compared to about 19 percent nationwide.

The department says genital herpes can double a person's risk for contracting HIV.

Herpes can cause painful sores, but most people have no recognizable symptoms.

Among New Yorkers, the herpes rate is higher among women, black people and gay men.

The health department urges consistent use of condoms, and says its STD clinics offer free, confidential herpes testing.

I just now found this thread and feel like I'm having déjà vu.

I dated a girl for a few weeks, and every time we'd make out she'd say things like "not yet," which I just figured she's a bit on the prude side, but whatever.

Then she confronts me at my house one night and said something along the lines of "in addition to the emotional scars (from a nasty relationship), he also gave me herpes." While I'm forever grateful that she told me, I knew it had to end.

I come from a conservative family, so the thought of having to tell my family for some reason or having to explain why all our kids were born c-section didn't sound appealing. She was torn apart when I ended it with her, and she had started to fall for me, but things are better in the long run for us both.

Congrats on her not calling you anymore... but be careful up in NY... 25% is some nasty shiznit... I'm just worried about my 20% in the Midwest.

That's got to be a wrong statistic. We don't even have half that proportion of guys that are gay, even in Los Angeles, for crying out loud...

And I don't need to know the percentage of herpes carriers among heteros here.

^In that case... let gas go higher, because then I'll need to buy a scooter, which means I'll be disease free... but it also means I'll still be lonely at night.

Buying a Vespa may likely ensures that you will not be having too much sex. So it will improve your chances of remaining Herpes free. So, knock yourself out.

Yeah, I've looked at the Ruckus... it's only like $2000, so it's not bad. I'd be able to save that much in gas within about a year.

The big downside to them is that they don't go very fast, at least not for a 6'2" 235 pound guy, so I'd have to ride through the neighborhoods/back streets to get to work. They only go about 40mph, downhill and do about 25 uphill, so I'd have some PO'd people driving behind me on the main road to my office. It takes a lot more than a 3.4hp motor to move a big guy like me up a hill at 40mph.

I guess we'll see what comes about... maybe I'll pick something up on Craigslist soon.

I was thinking about picking one up myself. Not really for the commute, but more for the fun. I use to ride a CBR600rr before it was stolen back in September

My next bike is either going to be a Duc 1098 or an R1.

This is me a few days before my baby was stolen:

Quick stiory:

I had been divorced from my first wife for about 4 years. I would have to talk to her all the time because of my daughter. Well one time I flew out to LA from Phx to visit my brother for a few days and went up to get my daughter to join me on the visit. My ex-wife comes to the door crying. I say "WTF is the problem?" She says "That fucker Victor gave me Herpes!!!" I said, Oh I am soooo sorry...We had a couple more words and I grabbed my daughter hopped in the car and proceeded to drive to my brothers house.

As soon as I got a block away, I started laughing and my daughter says."What's so funny Dad?"

I stopped laughing and said, "Revenge is sweet honey".

I will never forget that day.
