Instead of trying to have a date, fix her laptop and assemble a desk and chair, I would have broken that into 2 or 3 "meetings." At the end of which, you would have been able to really gauge where you guys are headed.

I just hope for your sake that you don't end up being the guy she calls to move a table, fix a sink or pick her drunk ass up. I've been there.
