Dentist's Receptionist Revisited
So I go in tomorrow to have an old filling replaced. Last time, I thought she was throwing some signals my way, what can I do to get a better feel for her, and maybe even ask her out? I will see her in a few more weeks when I go in for a cleaning.
I don't want to lose the dentist though, the hygenist he has is the most painless I have ever had, she's awesome.

Don't ask her out at her work. It's her job to be friendly to everyone that walks through the door. Plus, if her boss happens to walk by and she's picking up guys then you make her look unprofessional. 
If some guy was hitting on me at work, I'd first try to get him the hell away from me asap, and then I'd wear turtlenecks and slacks for a week so my boss would know I don't think I'm at a bar.
Can you think of any opportunity where you could see her outside of her office? Or maybe you could ask her to email you the details of your appointment so you don't forget it, and then you can reply so the conversation doesn't have to be out loud in her office in front of everybody she works with.

Be natural and calm.
Do you know any backgroundon her at all? Do you know if shes single? Ask another one of the chicks there about her, or see how it goes and act on her signals.
