My wife and daughter express lots of dislike when attractive women get chatty to me.
Most of the time, you will meet women indoors or away from the car, so I don't think a red 'vette (or other car) will be as much of a chick magnet as you think.

Go to bar with two female friends. Find your target. Have friends sit next to target. It must be easy for your target to hear your friends talk. Walk into bar about 5 minutes later. One of your friends says, "OMG, i hooked up with that guy a few weeks back. It was so damn hot! His cawk is huge, i could barely handle it. I can't believe how many times he got me off. I feel bad because he called me a couple days later and I never called him back. If I wasn't engaged I'd so be his girlfriend!

Ding ding!! Chicks dig Pugs! Unfortunately I got mine after I was in a relationship (fml). But even to this day when I take him to the dog park girls always come up and talk to me about him, he's a definite chick magnet. Don't even get me started on taking him to Dog Beach.
I get EVERY girl of every age trying to talk to me. Little kids and old ladies

A guy that knows how to handle a stick {shift} gets points in my book.
Really though - I would never talk to a guy (or flirt with him) solely based on his car.
Now, if he were to step out looking right and had an obvious confidence...that's another story.
PrissyJayne magnet = knows how to dress, apparent he owns an iron and knows how to use it, can smile at a girl instead of acting like a macho douche, can wait 5 seconds to hold a door open for a lady, and lastly, knows NOT to put a wing spoiler on a '04 Cavalier.
