Cheap Dates!
Cheap Dates!
Hmm..I figured we could come up with all sorts of cheap fun dates. I'm a college student - aka broke as a joke, so this could definitely be useful.
I guess there's always FREE things - nature type shit (though I've never been into that and it depends a lot on the girl)
Umm...ice skating is always a cheap date...
I dunno right now haha..what you all got?

* Go for ice cream
* Go window shopping
* Play a sport (eg: frisbee, catch, rollerblade, bicycle)
* Work out together (if you're both into that/she already does)
* Go for a walk someplace scenic or interesting (will feel relaxed and/or promote good
conversation if there's lots to see)
* Rent a movie (not ideal for someone new who might not feel comfortable going to your
house yet)
* Go for coffee or drinks
* Have lunch (usually not as much money as a typical dinner)
* Go for dessert
* Volunteer together someplace (if you're both into that)
* Cook together, then enjoy a nice meal
* Take a long drive in the country or someplace nice
* Hang out and chat for a bit (get to know each other), then get some friends together for
a Games Night (board games, those DVD trivia games, cards, pizza, etc)
* Play pool
Those are all the less expensive/free things I can come up with right now.
There are all the typical touristy type things, like the Science Centre, Art Gallery, Museum, Local Attractions, Amusement Parks, but those cost $$.

Oil change on her car if she needs one. I'm not kidding. If she doesn't know how but likes to learn new things, teaching her can be fun (in many ways haha). And if she already knows then you know she's into cars then you have tons of things to talk about. I've had some pretty good dates over car stuff.

On campus, most jazz/classical concerts are free. Some of the drama works are free too, if you keep a close eye out. At most, all you'll need is a student ID, most of the time, you wont even need that!

Sounds about right. I mean in college, esp at a bigger school, what girl want to go on a proper, formal "date" anyway?
