I like to bite and I want to be bitten.... but I would describe it as more like nipping - playful and not painful. But then again, I sometimes like to play rough so I guess it will all depend on personal preferences.
You should ask your partner to show you what kind of biting he enjoys. In the same way, you should express to him what are your preferences. If you don't like being bitten at all, you should directly tell him and ask him to do other things for you.

That's pretty much what I did, he showed me what he wanted, and he wants to be bitten, that's the only way he gets hard. Definately a new experiance for me, I was just curious how common this is, this is the first time I've ever dealt with a biter.

Ummm there's playful biting, nips like sasha said, and then there is biting the shit out of someone - and that's where I draw the fucking line.
On the subject of drawing the line, I got fatass hickeys a couple months ago ,and in college that shit ain't fucking cool. I didn't know it was going to leave marks at the time because I wasn't really thinking at all (drunk as fuck) and it didn't seem that hard. Surprise. She isn't allowed on my neck anymore.
