I've never heard of anyone having that severe of a biting fetish that he needs it to get hard.
I mean during passionate making out/dry humping, biting on the shoulders and back (but not too hard) and light nipping on the neck and pecs can be quite hot, but there is a line that is drawn. Being bitten "down there" is a really bad idea, at least safety wise. I wouldn't even want to try it.
