I didn't read all 4 pages, but did read your long ass post!! Anyway, all I would say is relationships are not supposed to be THAT much work. That girl and you, are the equivalent of a low paying, high stress job, and that is one job you should quit!

Your situation is messed up. Ric has some great advice. Chipping in, I think one of the most important things you need to do is to become a man. Your own man. Not your mother's boy, not your girlfriend's pet bf. Figure out who you want to be and hold on to that image like a rock. Gain the self confidence and and self reliance to be your own person and never. ever. be swayed or diverted from this path. By anybody.

You love your mother, you will listen to her advice, and will always be there for her, but she will not control your life, in any regard. Period. You are old enough to handle your own financial matters, and this includes your father's will. This is your business. Period. Your mother did everything she could to prevent you from having a kid with that girl and therefor bringing the baby and the mother into a piece of the inheritance. Possibly for your own good, most likely for hers.
