Am I doing the right thing?
Am I doing the right thing?
So the beginning of soph year (this year) I started dating this girl. We went out for 3 weeks and I just kinda dont like her anymore. I broke up with her and now shes crying and begging me to come back but I dont want to. And its only been 3 weeks and shes making such a big deal out of it. Should I give it another try or just move on?
yeah and there are a bunch of things that really annoy me. For example, I can tell that she is partially going out with me cause I am from scarsdale, and I can also tell that shes not comfortable with the fact that my roommate has a lot more money than me and her friend is going out with him.
I know that I cant get back together with her but shes done nothing wrong so I feel bad breaking up

If you're in Music City, and she's all over you being from Scarsdale, then you must be going to Vandy !
If so, then she's just giving you standard fare Southern Belle drama - don't take it too seriously. Southern girls are a different breed.
If you want to test this out, tell her your parents are moving to a townhouse in Murfreesboro, then watch her run.

Don't feel bad if its not working out for you. I mean you can be nice about this - tell her she really is a great girl, blah blah add in some more bullshit but just not working out for you. Then stick in the parents moving to town part and she'll run for the hills.
Thanks for the advice guys, I just needed some support from people outside of my group of friends (they all agree with you).
I dont think she gets that we are broken up even though I specifically said "its done" a bunch of times because she keeps asking me to hang out. Im just like
