Lab tests reportedly find no identifiable tuna DNA in Subway sandwich — again

TLDR
The New York Times bought Subway tuna sandwiches from three different locations in Los Angeles, and then sent frozen samples to an unidentified commercial food testing lab after two California women filed a class-action lawsuit against the company in January alleging that Subway’s tuna sandwiches aren’t actually made of the fish.A spokesman for the lab added that there are two possible conclusions.
“One, it’s so heavily processed that whatever we could pull out, we couldn’t make an identification. Or we got some and there’s just nothing there that’s tuna,” he told the Times.

So they have fake bread and fake fish?
But yeah, better choices and they no longer are a top choice like years ago for me.

Pretty sure it has been 4 or 5 years since I last ate there. As mentioned above just so many better options for the price. The buffalo chicken was one of the only things I was eating anymore and the one from Jersey Mike's is so much better.
