Kamado grills

So anyone have one?

Link

They are basically a super high quality big green egg.

My gas Weber is getting old--I keep it up with new grates, etc, but at some point it will not be worth putting any more money into it. The ceramic cookers seem really bad ass--the owners are like a freaking cult on the their forums.

I just wanted to get a less biased opinion. They are sort of pricey and effectively un-returnable.

if you just doing a standard grill, then a $10 grill is the same as a $10,000 grill. save the money and replace the inserts. unless your old grill is falling apart.

I want to be able to do low and slow grilling with charcoal, as well, though.

They are expensive, but not that much more than a Weber Summit.

I may just do a big green egg because they are so much easier to buy.
