Food frozen for a long time
Food frozen for a long time
Basically, I have a lot of food that's been in my freezer for a very long time now...since about June of 2005. It is mostly pasta and chicken, there are a few loaves of bread too. Is it still safe to eat food that has been frozen this long? I would have no problem throwing it out, but I'd rather not if I don't have to. It is a lot of food. Enough to feed me for weeks probably.
What do you guys think?

If the bags are not vacuum packed (in original package or ziploc), you need to throw it away.
