The green uncle bruthas is good. The flavor is almost exactly like the red, but not as hot.

On a different note, I ordered 4 bottles the other day because they had free shipping over $40 and they only sent me 2. I emailed the dude a few times, but haven't heard back from them. Dookie.

Tried a new one over the weekend. Matouks Hot Pepper Sauce.

Pickled Scotch Bonnets. Really good flavor with lots of heat.

I just picked up a bottle of Z hot sauce (http://www.hotsauceworld.com/hsw1359zn.html)
It has no flavor, but adds heat to anything without the addition of other flavors. Just one drop is PLENTY. A few drops in a bowl of chili or on a chicken sandwich and you have a fantastic zing.

For flavor and heat, I really enjoy the original Cholula. Sriracha is great too, but I don't like it in some dishes.

By far my favorite brand is El Yucateco, notably the green habanero version. Unique flavor, a little on the hot side but absolutely delicious. The other flavors are also wonderful.

Cholula and me are tight.
I guess it's the Messican in me. Love this shit. Use it more than anything.

Sriracha is probably a close second. Only with certain things though.

I like cholula a bunch, too. It's the best on eggs. Not hot by any means though...just a wonderful flavor.

I use it on just about everything. It is especially great for adding some heat to your spaghetti sauce or stir fry. It has a great flavor while being quite hot.

What is your favorite hot sauce?

OMG My favorite too

I am really liking the green uncle bruthas. The best thing about it is if you pour too much (happens a lot because their bottles suck), it doesn't make your food too hot like the UB red.

I wish I would have bought another bottle of the green.

Yep. When I first tried the green in 2005 or whatever I didn't care too much for it. Now I really like it and wish I bought more.

The sauce used to be a little thicker than it is now - it doesn't taste thing by any means but it was much easier to pour.

Chipotle and Habanero combine? sounds good. I'm going to buy that the next time I go shopping.

I like to use Sirachi for noodle and pho.
I like to used Tapatio or Cholula for oyster, chicken breast, etc.
I like to use Franks buffalo redhot wings for chicken wings, when ever I dont have time to go to WingStop.
I'm waiting for them to make a Ghost chilly sauce, if they do have it, I dont know where to get it.
The best hot thing to get around here is WingStop's atomic sauce.

So this thread got me searching for better hot sauces. I found a few websites that have all the stuff recommended in this thread but shipping is like $30 to Canada. Turns out there was a store in toronto that was all hot sauces but they closed down, so there's no where to get the good stuff.
