Cheesy omelets

Decided to make some omelets today. I put in peppers, cucumbers, cheese, potatoes, sausage.

I saw this on the food network once and decided to try it.

Fry up the ingredients

Add the eggs

Add the cheese

BROIL in the oven

Take out and enjoy

His and her omelets

Cool. YUMMY.

To finish off the dish, you need Waffles and Bacon on the side though.

So wait, can you use ANY pan or skillet for broiling like that? I heard something about pans with Teflon not being good at all in that fashion... and those seem to be the only ones I have..

As long as you don't exceed their heat limited, in most cases under 400 is good. Just make sure you don't have a plastic handle as well.
