After 20 hours of smoke and sweat.......

dinner is ready (well almost, letting it sit for a bit).....the reason I think it took so long was my temps dropped a lot over night.



Pulled pork here I come

I was thining the same thing. I thought with enough smoke it could take Scott 20-hrs to do a detail.

I'm going fucking crazy trying to find a place comparable to my fav. San Diego places up here in Los Angeles

It gets so frustrating when I ask for a Carne Asada Burrito with beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, or a combination of any of those ingredients
