Yup. That double jump takes a bit of getting used to. And I hate the Fire Stage.

well in World of Warcraft an end game dungeon with 40 players working together takes alteast 4 hours to beat just 2 bosses.... we have got up to boss 4.. so they can take quite a while.

Oh, and on the same topic of Capcom Classics, I just realized that I'm rusty in SF2!

I lost to Bison two times!

Haha ... 6 hours, maybe more playing Counter Strike was the normal deal back then. I even had my girlfriend playing a while ago, she wanted to come over a few times just for the CS.

About 36 hours playing Quake 2, on multiple occasions, when I was about 15.

Myself, I probably spent about 6+ hours at once playing Counterstrike.

Full 12 hours playing subspace (continuum)... really awesome server based spaceship game. Check it out for a simple game that gets you hooked. You can get it off of downloads.com. just search for continuum.

Also, 6+ hours for Counterstrike (both pre- and post source) and Gunbound (Korean server based version of Worms/Tanks)

My longest ever that I ever remember was when I was a teenager .

The Legend of Zelda: Link to the past for the SNES I think I spent around 10 - 12 hours playing it from start to finish, I beat it in one sitting.

I also beat King's Quest IV for the PC in one sitting I think I remember it taking at least 10 hours as well.

I know for sure I've stayed up all night playing civ 1 back in college.

And if you start counting MUDs/MUCKs, etc...... Hell, I know people who dropped out from college because they couldn't stop playing. But I suppose those can be (Mucks anyway) as much of a chatroom as game.
