XBOX & Plasma TVs?

Hey all...real quick and simple question....

I'm sure it's been asked..but it's kind of a variation...

I know videogames in general whether it be XBOX, 360, PS2...whatever, are NOT recommended for plasma tvs as they could "burn" an image in...what are the details?as far as the length it takes..doesn't it generally take a LONG time playing a game with mostly the same image for a long time...like playing HALO for 3 hours a day...and having the radar and health bars get burned in...things like that....

what if i played a gane with a constantly changing "look" for maybe an hour every few months??

^ my parents just got a 65" plasma...and i want to play my xbox on it...VERY rarely as i am barely at their home at all....

any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks! Merry Xmas eve!

I would not worry about it. My friend has been using his 360 on his Plasma TV for over a month now with no issues. As Ron Burgundy said above, unless you are planning on leaving it sitting for hours or playing for stretches of 20+ hours a time, I would not worry.

In addition, the 360 has a screen saver that kicks in if untouched for 10 minutes and it can power down automatically after a set period time of non-use, which can also help protect the TV.
