Looks incredible.

 

Sold the PS2 and managed to pick up a couple of games this weekend.

Graphics - Although many reviews bash this one, I dont have a problem. From the shadows, fully detailed VIRTUAL cockpits, and the heat shimmer from the exhaust, I think graphics are pretty good. Explosions are a litte weak. I'd give them a 7-8 out of 10.

Sounds - Voices are good, radio chatter is good, jets sound real. 7-8 out of 10.

Gameplay - Kinda bland, kinda boring, but fun. May not be as intense as Blazing Angels but still worthy. Take offs and carrier landings can get hairy. 7 out of 10.

Overall - I like it. Its somthing new to the 360. Not many titles with the same type of gameplay. If you are into flight simulators or warfare, i'd suggest checking it out. Good buy, got it used for $25 at Game Stop.

 

for $25 it's okay. for $60, it sucked. it could've have been much much better.

 

I picked this up... it was one of the worst games I've ever played.

I'm dying for a good flying game for 360.

 

I really want a good helicopter sim. Something where you fly AH-64's and AH-1's into combat.

 

Screw that, how about an updated XWing vs Tie Fighter? Can you imagine a game like that on Live?

 

Battlefield 2

 

for Airwolf game on a current gen. console.

 

Something on the scale of Battlefield 2 PC with a greater focus on helicopter combat.

BEET: Hope you don't mean Battlefield 2 on 360? The helicopters sux0r in that.
