I got Playground as a gift and initially I thought it was terrible, then I had some friends over... with a group of people this game is phenomenal. Dodgeball is addicting with 2 or more people, slot cars is ok as is paper airplane racing. For two people there is teether ball, a nerf dart like game and wall ball, all of which are merely ok and then there is this game called kicks, which is terrible. But dodgeball is worth it alone, if you like multiplayer games and ever get bored with Wii Sports this is a nice addition.

 

Mario glaxies 120 stars with luigi damn it those purple coin starts are a bitch to get some want to make you kill yourself haha....
but definately fun!

^ Mario Party awesome for the Wii? I think the Gamecube version is more fun, personally. But I only tried it for like 30 minutes before I shut it off ...

I do not enjoy Mario Party 8. I only have it because it came with the Wii when I bought it. Dont recommend it.

 

I just busted out the Wii tonight at a friends house... after dropping another $120 on two more controllers and nunchucks. I still don't have any other games, but God damn Wii Sports is fun to play with a group of people! The only Wii game I'm excited about right now is MarioKart.

*edit* I did however buy 5000 Wii points, and proceeded to buy a bunch of TubroGrafx16 games

 

MarioKart looks promising ... I am looking forward to that game as well.

 

2kSports is coming out with Don King Prizefighter and MLB 2k8. Only a few screenshots at 2ksports.com. No details yet on how the controls will work. 2k did make Power Pros Baseball which is supposed to be a pretty good baseball game but a bit outdated rosterwise.
