and the best thing about the gaming aspect is the ability for some games to run with all three monitors in use, it's quite a thrilling experience, I recommend anyone who can start using multiple monitors to def try it out, you won't go back to single monitor use :P

only downside is that you won't be able to run in Tri-SLi mode when using multi-monitor display, each graphics card will start working separately unless you are using only one monitor

those are Dell 24" Widescreen Flat Panels, 1920x1200 res, VERY good quality monitors, I highly recommend them

why? had the hookups so I kinda took advantage of it...I also do a lot of design work, especially for websites, so having a multi-monitor display is extremely helpful

I was actually very fortunate to get a lot of hook ups for about like half the whole setup, I saved thousands to be honest. I also built this comp about 2-3 years ago, and it has been easily hanging with any new software coming out. I highly recommend anyone out there to just build a computer that can be overclocked and save yourself the money in the future to keep up with all the tons of software coming out these days

there are huge advantages to having multiple screens when you do design work or even music/video editing....

sure you can downsize windows to fit multiple things on one screen.. but its a pita...

when i was in school i ALWAYS had at least 2 monitors.. i've only used 3 for a short time twice... 2 is usually enough for me.
