But anyways, if you agree to play in a clan war, there should be no reason for you to leave unless you are having internet problems. And if you have a lot of internet problems, then you should play in a clan war in the first place...

so everyone needs to agree on what time they will be on by.. then u schedule a match following that.
phil cannot play tonight as he has not been on the ladder > 24 hours remember.

yea but i guess I wanna make sure the other team is gonna show. If we're clearing an a good amount of time out of our schedules i'd like to make sure we're gonna play and not spend time "waiting" and letting it turn into some sort of shit talking fest between clans.

Silver, I understand.. If I get booted or something happens out of the blue I usually jump on IM and hit up Jonesi, Berner, Adam or Ted... I have phone contact with Jonesi when needed.

if we ACCEPT a challenge then both clans have to show, or that clan that does automatically gets the win.

If they don't show then they lose points/rank. And we still might be able to find another clan to play against if we are all on.

The worst case scenario is that we can play with just ACL or just start our own room. But I think that it will be pretty rare that a clan does not show up.
