LOL, Even though you tried blaming me.. bastard.
seriously. im pissed about these comments.
the night before last... phil was on my team as well as against me... he was lagging...
i fucking `chided` him about it. that was what all of yesterdays bitching was about.
last night, he was on my team and against me. i saw no lag at all except when in US Central.
i mean wtf u want me to say?!
if you say he lagging and it hurting your team then we vote him off. but nobody said to do so.
meanwhile, on 2 different occasions, i switched to terrorists or to seals to get off phil's team, and you guys all fuckin stuck me with him like it was funny.
so why are YOU bitching about his lag? you could `benefitted` from it.
seriously i just dont get it. if the game lags do something about it.
i change servers, or ask people to vote off lagger.
smitty... he usually just leaves LOL
but i mean... why do some of you just fucking sit in same laggy room all night and refuse to leave or vote anyone. moronic

Alright on a serious note we need to QUIT this CRAP... all that is taking place is that we are turning eachother OFF to the game... LETS talk about our FUTURE game PLAN....
WHO did what and where we NEED to go so we do not lose again
On Blizzard we wrecked the opposing team the other night..
Jonesi went up the middle to the HILL
Smitty went and threw smoke then got the bomb
Phil threw grenades over the hill
Zapata threw grenades over the hill and went left
Silver went right
Jimcol threw grenades and went left
Berner ran up the left.
Has berner ever got a kill from a PM mine?.....
I think we need to lay more mines when friendly fire in disabled

Yea, he would never tell anyone he was doing that, so I have to run after him and close the door behind him and lock him out. Otherwise he would just leave the door wide open.

Tactics
No plan ever survives first contact with the enemy. Knowing the terrain they will operate in, anticipating situations they might find there, and learning to react instinctively are just as important to a SEAL platoon as carrying the right equipment.
With a squad size of eight me, it is not technology that is going to save them in battle. In war, it is often the first side that spots the other that has the advantage.
A SEAL platoon is not defined by numbers. Instead it is a detailed knowledge of policies, procedures, systems, and weaponry that give a SEAL platoon a force projection beyond its physical size.
The SEALs vulnerability begins when its attacking force reaches the enemy’s first line of defense. At this point, the friction of war begins to impinge on the success of the battle.
In a gun battle all team members are listening. They know that a lull in the fire means that the enemy is reloading or is regrouping. At the first sign of a lull the team begins to fall back. Breaking contact and regaining unit cohesion is the first step to recovering the initiative.
The ability to execute a coordinated group movement during a firestorm of surprise, fear, and bullets is how they maintain group cohesion.
In a carefully orchestrated maneuver the squad breaks contact by a series of fire and maneuver movements. Despite their array of weapons, SEAL platoons are not large enough to endure a large drawn out engagement.
Extracting by helicopter can be a delicate operation. Over time the frictions of war work only against the SEALs. If the landing zone is hot the helicopter becomes vulnerable before it lands. Speed is essential regardless of the enemies reactions. The longer an engagement continues, the more likely the outcome will be negatively effected.
C.Q.B. Tactics
C.Q.B. (Close Quarters Battle) is a mission that a SEAL platoon would really like to do. SEALs do not like third world terrorists and they basically live to end their existence on this planet.
Most missions are done at night. The SEAL platoon is dropped off close to their target. Their approach may last a few minutes. More time than that and detection may mean that the SEAL team will abort its primary mission.
Secrecy of intent, secrecy of insertion, and secrecy even from their own families is the price these men pay to execute a direct action mission. They can remain isolated hours, days, and even weeks before ever knowing where or when they are going. Once they have a target and a full mission profile each member, regardless of his rank, is included in the planning process.
For C.Q.B. each SEALs movements are rehearsed several times. Each SEAL is familiar with the other mans position and movements. The men communicate by touch. Each SEAL has practiced C.Q.B. raids a thousand times. Inside a building the team will move in a formation called a train which allows the men to leapfrog around each other and provide constant cover in all directions just incase someone unexpectedly comes out of a door or a hallway.
Imagine yourself stacked outside of the door of a foreign embassy. Inside, terrorists have just taken hostage some American dignitaries. Suddenly, your breaching charges go off. The doors open. You’re going into the room at a high rate of speed. The first thing that you see is a terrorist reaching for his AK-47. Too late, he’s already in your sights. You just fired a quick double tap into his chest and a third shot into his head. He’s out of the picture.
The need to maintain operational security continues to provoke internal debate in the teams. But, it’s not the weapons or even the tactics that make the SEALs a dangerous force to their enemy. Tactics and weapons are regularly discussed in a wide variety of media. The SEALs main advantage over their opponents remains in their ability to conceal the time and place of their attack.

Yea, if we are gonna go this, I think that the people who will participate need to confirm here first. But if you agree to play, then you need to be sure you will make it (no going to dinner, or working late, or going to the gym to get manass, etc...).
Unless we just happen to find a clan that wants to clan war while we are online playing together, we will likely post here first so that people can prepare.

Ladder Rules Ladder: Clan LadderQuads LadderDoubles LadderSingles Ladder
Clan Ladder Rules
Last Updated March 8, 2004
The Basics
-What you need to know to successfully complete your first match at Gamebattles.
All players on your team must be on the teams roster, 24 hours before the match
All matches must have an official challenge Accepted in the match scheduler.
Friendly fire is to be turned on.Rooms are to be made with 6 min per round.Round count must be set to 11 rounds per map.
Spectator mode must be disabled.
Maps are random, best of three. Upon Accepting a match in match scheduler, three randomly generated maps are displayed.
Higher ranked team gets choice of sides on first map, lower ranked team gets choice of sides on second map and winner of most rounds won gets pick of last map.(If both teams have won the same amount of rounds, the higher ranked team will choose). If both teams are unranked, team with lower id chooses first map.
The loser of the match has three hours to report the loss.
All matches must be played in their entirety unless a delay is agreed on by both teams.
Team Rosters
All players must be on their respected roster for at least 24 hours in order to participate in the match.
Only one name per line on your team roster.
No player is allowed to be in more than 1 team while in this ladder, no exceptions!
Clan rosters are limited to 32 players.
SOCOM is not case sensitive, meaning the capital letters on your roster and on SOCOM do not need to match exactly. Alt letters however, ARE case sensitive, and must match exactly.
It is your responsibility to make sure the other team has no roster problems. By greening up, you forfeit any right to turn in a clan for ringer problems. Matches will NOT be voided afterwards for ringer issues.
If your clan is found to have a ringer problem, you must fix the roster problem, or bench the player. That player is then ineligible for 24 hours.
If a team is proven to have brought in a ringer mid-match, they will automatically lose the match and given a warning.
If a team is caught using ringer names the account is subjected to deletion or warning and loss of XP. All ringer names will be looked and handled by a case to case basis. If you are found to have played under a ringer name while in another clan you will be banned.
The use of bold socom names is banned from ladder play.
Challenges
When you make a challenge it is on the team who made the challenge to suggest a time/ date to set up match.
If a team wishes to decline a challenge, they may do so at the cost of 25xp. If a team does not respond to a challenge within three days, they lose 25xp. To have challenges removed for these reasons, submitt a ticket.
You may only challenge a team once every two weeks, although they can challenge you if they want.
When setting a date in the match scheduler, it must be within two weeks of the current date.
All challenges must be filled out completely and Accepted for them to be considered official.
You are not allowed to decline a challenge 3 times in a row without suggesting a new time.
Should a team need to cancel a match already accepted in match scheduler, they must do so 24 hours ahead of time. If you do not give a 24 hour notice and do not show up for the war, you will be considered a no show.
Clarification of GL challange rule. When you challange a clan you have the option to offer a war with no GLs. However, if the opposing clan declines because they want to play with GLs, you must play with them. If you try avoiding the challange by declining to play without GLs, you will lose 25 xp for having the challange removed. The option of playing without GLs is there, but if the agreement can't be made by both teams, it will default to playing with them on.
No Shows
If a team does not show up, and green up within 20 minutes of the scheduled match time they are considered a no show. The no show team receives a warning, and the team that did show up receives 50xp.
For your match to be looked at by an admin for a no show ruling, you must have an official challenge Accepted in match scheduler and have proof that the other team did not show either by ref or pictures while in room.
If a ref is needed you can go to staff page of Socom and all ref's aim s/n are availible.
Match Restrictions
You will not receive any XP for playing a team that is six levels above or below you.
All top 10 clans must play at least one top 25 clan once per week. One warning will be given for each week a match is not played.
The king of the hill must play at least one match per week.
Outcome of match
Loser has 3 hours to report the loss, if not reported in the 3 hour period looser will be issued a warning. If not reported in 24 hours account is subject to deletion/suspension You must submit a ticket if win wasn't granted. Allow 24-36 hours for admin to look into the matter.
Submitting trouble tickets
When you submit a trouble ticket please fill out all available feilds. We will then view the ticket look into the matter. You will have access to view the ticket on its status at anytime.
Once a ticket has been closed it will not be reopened unless status changes depending on the problem. Please do not abuse the ticket system.
Submitting more then 1 ticket per issue may result in team receiving warning.
Server Crashes/Player Drops
In the event of a mass boot, the map both teams were on will be remade with the same map, and continue on with the same score and side selection.
Mass Boot Guidelines:
Clan Match - Three Players from each side.
Quads Match - Two Players from each side.
Doubles Match - One player from each team or 2 players from one team.
Singles Match - Either player.
Should the amount of players booted not meet the guidelines posted above, the match will continue on without them.In the event that a mass boot does happen, room is to be remade as score was before the boot happened.
In the event of a score glitch, the room is to be remade with the same sides and the same score as when the glitch occurred.
Between Maps
Between maps teams are given five minutes to make substitutions and reassemble their team before the next map is to be launched.
Fake/Accounts
If you have fake wins or are giving free wins or are handing out free wins to other accounts you are subject to have account deleted and banned first offence 30 day ban 2nd offence 90 day ban 3rd offence 6 month ban.
Misc.
All admin decisions are final. If you would like the case to be looked over again due to new evidence, you must submit another ticket.
Do not submit more then 1 ticket per issue. Allow admin at least 24 hours to look into the case.
The use of outside communication to give out locations during matches is strictly prohibited. This includes both online messenger use, and phone communication.
AIM conversations are not considered proof, because they are easily edited.
The Use of claymores to blast yourself to otherwise inaccessable places is prohibited.
In the event of a score glitch, the map both teams were on will be remade with the same map, and continue on with the same score and side selection.
If you accept a match with no grenade launchers in the notes field or NO GL and you use them you well receive a loss and a warning which comes with a deduction of XP.Must provide proof they were used, video pics. The no gl rule applies only to m79, MGL and m203.This rule applies also to rocket launchers, must show proof you were killed by it.
Impersonating clans is not a sport. You may be kicked off the ladder without notice for impersonating a clan. Impersonating means telling other clans you are not the clan you are, and setting up matches posting messages, etc. under these false pretenses. NOTE: Similar clan names are not considered to be impersonation.
Clan Matches must be at least 6 vs. 6. Minimum of 6 per side. No exceptions. Match notes of less then 6 players will result in no help from the staff.
Using any glitch to alter the game in anyway may result in suspention or possible ban from gamebattles. Proof that will be accepted is a ref present pic or video.
Glitchen/Cheating
Glitching - Looking through or passing through any solid object with any part of the body of the player (eg. walls, the ground, floors, windows, railings) Soft spots are also considered a glitch. This is wear part or all of the players body is hidden inside a part of a solid object that should not be possible. If a team is found to be glitching in a clan match it will result in the loss of the match, their account deleted and a possible ban from the gamebattles.com website. Bans will be decided on a case-to-case base If you feel a team is glitching or using soft spots against you. You must provide valid proof they are doing so or contact a ref to come and witness it. Proof will be determined by the admin handling the case if it is valid or not. Accusations of a team glitching with no proof will not be tolerated and may result in teams receiving warnings.
Banned glitches from ladder play are now the Vigilance roof tops near the seal start point and the Requiem roof top near the terrorist start point. Being up there at any time during ladder play will result in the forfeit of the match and a warning issued to the team up there. Adequate proof must be shown by the team claming this.
Warnings*
Warnings are given out per incident, for the reasons listed above. Warning consequences are as follows: 1.First Warning - Deduction of 50xp 2.Second Warning - Deduction of 100xp 3.Third Warning - Deduction of 150xp. Suspension/Deletion of account

We can set up clan wars for any time. If people want to have them later that is fine with me since I am on the West Coast. It's just a matter of getting 6+ people on at once and that can stay on for 3 games.
