Holy crap just found out Need for Speed Shift is developed by the makers of GTR. Now the only question is, do I get it for PS3 or PC?

Regardless, the PC version of NFS-S is probably the way to go. There are several mods out for it already.

I would have wanted to get PS3 version if it had split-screen 2 player but it doesn't (friends of mine enjoy this kind of racing) - not a dealbreaker but... hmm. we still do time-trial kind of competition, if there's no split.

 

I used to like it better back in the Tekken 2 days.. when I actually looked up and learned some of the moves. This one, doesn't do as much for me.. it is pretty much button-mashing, that's all. it was fun for our gaming party though, for sure. at all the girl characters.

 

one thing I really love about this NFS game is it has Road America... I think it's the only PS3 game with it.

 

See, here's why you should get NFS-S for the PC. Because why buy it for the PS3 when you can simply add a paltry $18,000 worth of displays to the PC version and do this.
