athalon 3400
ati x1600 pro Pci E
My pixels keep beeding out. SO bad that i can't even see after about 5 minutes of gameplay.
I just got off the phone w/ Ati, and they said it is my power supply. So my Question is, Are they just trying to pawn this problem off on something else or is this plyable?
PS my power supply is 300watts

Well i broke and went and bought a new Thermaltake case and an Antec 650 Watt power supply. And as i guessed the thing still messes up!! I reinstalled all drivers and updates, even reinstalled the games. Still Doesn't work!! So i call ATI again and now they are trying to blame it on the updates for the games, and the game drivers....??? Even though i just got dont telling them that i just got all the new ones.
If you guys have any clue what so ever, please help me out!

You have to uninstall and install your new GPU drivers a certain way. It shouldn't just be done as you would uninstall other software. When you do it the normal way there are some things that do not get uninstalled.
-First download a program called DriverCleanerPro (free), and then download the driver version that you would like to use.
-Uninstall them as you would uninstall any other program/software. (add/remove program in control panel)
-Reboot and start windows in Safe mode (i believe the key for this is F8)
-While in safe mode uninstall the remnants of the driver using the DriverCleaner program.
-Reboot and install your new drivers.
Voila!
Just a heads up incase you didn't initially do that. There may be better online sources describing how this should be done, but summarizes the process if i remember correctly.
As far as any other possible solutions-- well, now you've got a PSU from a reputable brand, and you're not running any OC, so hmmm.... honestly dude its probably the videocard that is wacked out. Get that shit RMA'd. Check out some other forums, try and find out if other people have had troubles with those cards. Last night I saw some dude who got a bad 7950gx2-- turns out a whole batch of them were defective--so I'd check that before i spent more $
