PS3 to be announced before XBox2 @ E3
So I guess the hype surrounding Sony's next Playstation is officially going to start ahead of Xbox 2's... :hmm: not sure how or if this has any true impact on the state of things, but thought it was an interesting piece of news nonetheless, since it negates previous reports that the Xbox 2 was going to steal the show first..... of course, it's not entirely clear exactly what Sony is going to discuss and/or reveal during their conference...

Sony Computer Entertainment America has announced their annual pre-E3 press conference will take place Monday, May 16 at 3:00 P.M. More importantly, that's before Microsoft's event, where the company is expected to unveil the next Xbox.
E3 takes place in Los Angeles, Cali. on May 18-20. 1UP will attend with first-hand coverage.

Sony Computer Entertainment America has announced their annual pre-E3 press conference will take place Monday, May 16 at 3:00 P.M. More importantly, that's before Microsoft's event, where the company is expected to unveil the next Xbox.
E3 takes place in Los Angeles, Cali. on May 18-20. 1UP will attend with first-hand coverage.

umm.. hell I really don't care about who debuts first. it's not gonna matter. so ain't no here...
this thread was just a spinoff of that other Xbox 2 thread.... Bill must have seen my thread and taken the evasive action of moving the Xbox 2 launch to MTV ahead of PS3, but still don't know how Frodo came into the picture...
