I have an H2 here for a customer that I leased for him. He wants me to accessorize it with TV's and stuff. Of the things, he wanted a drop down screen for his son to play PS2 in the 3rd row of the car. The car has Headrest TV's with a DVD player and a dropdown for the PS2. I thought he was supplying the PS2, he thought I was supplying it. I had to go all over Brooklyn to find it, with many of them laughing in my face as if I'm asking a ridiculous question. After going to 5 places and calling another 3 people, I finally found it in Toys R Us. WTF is up with that?

it has nothing to do with GT4. the new slimmer PS2's sell out VERY VERY FAST at all stores, and have been since their release. THey have the integrated network adapter, and can fit in your goddamn pocket.

 

man i was gus at my local best buy and they must have 30-40 of them sitting there.

look at sams club. they have alot too. thats where i got my gt4 for 44 bucks (49.99 at best buy)

 

unless you're installing a fan in the car too i think that would be a bad idea. System with cooling issues stuffed into a tight space of a car that already creates heat =

 

Sony has shifted their manufacturing resources towards the PSP... so supply of the PS2 is gonna be low.

Also look for the PS3 to come out as early Dec 05 (but likely sometime 06). It will be able to play blu-ray discs (a new optial disc format which promises 50GB of data on one disc) and run on a dual-core 4.6Ghz "cell" processor from IBM.

teg, who is working on a blu-ray project for class... PS3 will be a key driver.

 

I have a PSP on hold you guys think I should sell it when I get it. I have no real use for it and was thinking of canceling the pre-order but then thought I might be able to sell it for more and make a little profit You think I will or will they have enough that its not going to be a big deal.

Well, We installed everything in the car, I delivered it tonight to Wayne, NJ, a good 45 miles from me. He was as happy as a hog in mud....That frikkin H2 on the highway 'aint pretty though. It's like a brick in the wind! It also doesn't like sharp turns at low speed....Other than that, it's just plain huge! The guy had a crazy sick house, not to mention a 3 car CARPETED garage whcih I just barely fit the H2 in one, a Range Rover in one and an '04 911 Turbo in the last bay. The 911 was under 2 layers of carpet, the topmost being red...
