Splinter Cell keeps getting pushed out.... November now

 

Been playing Test Drive Unlimited like a fiend. Madden has held my attention too, but only b/c I play it online. Offline I play the PS2 version. NHL 2007 is also awesome, but haven't been playing it much since it's not really hockey season yet. That's about it. Waiting for Call of Duty 3 and possibly Forza2... and that's really all that interests me right now.

What good games are there for the 360 in general (besides sports games)? And which of these are exclusive to the 360? I was thinking about getting one, but decided on a PS3 due to a lack of good games.

 

IF you can get a PS3 when it comes out, what must have games will be there at launch? I'm going to wait until there are some good games before I get a PS3.

To answer the original question: Gears of War, Call of Duty 3 and Rainbow Six: Vegas are all coming out in the first half of November.

 

the 2 games I can think of that are exclusive to the 360 are Dead Rising, and the... highly anticipated Gears of War... if you haven't seen or heard about GOW go check it out on ign.com... that game is SICK!

I'm sure there are more, but I don't really pay that much attention...

...but it's like I already mentioned, the games coming out for the PS3 at launch... are either gonna be on both consoles... or I just have no interest in... I going to try and get one on the launch day... but if I don't... oh well... I'll just sit back and enjoy ALL the 360 games due out (around the same time-Gears Of War, Call Of Duty 3, Rainbow Six-Vegas, F.E.A.R), by the time I get through them all... hopefully the hype for the PS3 will be down...

I mean... don't get me wrong... I'm sure eventually... but right now, I'm more excited about the games mentioned above!

 

Yeah I realize that there are some good ones coming up, but the system has been out for a year, and in my opinion has had a lackluster game lineup since

I'm excited about resistance:fall of man and formula one for PS3 are the ones I am most excited about, as well as rainbow six vegas (even though this is not sony only). NBA 2K (also not sony only), warhawk, and GT HD (even though you have to pay for additional tracks and cars, the actual game is *supposed* to be very inexpensive)

So, four sony-only games, and two multiplatform games. Also Lair looks like it wil be really cool.

How's NFS Carbon? anyone play it yet? I'm getting bored of PGR3.

 

did you ever play NFS -Most Wanted? I kinda liked it better than PGR3 cause there's a "story" to it... and you get to chased by cops... made it more interesting... "Carbon" is something like that... but the setting is in a town "like" Vegas... (and the outskirts of Vegas-I think), In Carbon... in the multiplayer mode... in one of the races... when you get eliminated.... you become a cop... and get to "help" eliminating the rest of the cars... (so ultimately... the last few cars a going at it... will have a bunch of patrol cars chasing after them, sounds really interesting)
