Need software recommendation for cutting up a large tune

Ok, so, long story short, I have a 120-minute music file I'd like to slice in to smaller pieces so I can advance to the sections I like faster. I'm not sure which program would be the best to use, and iTunes is absolutely NOT an option as I refuse to use that beast anymore. I am guessing some of the guys in the compy section might have an idea as to what file would be ideal for this...

For those wondering what file it is, it's A&Bs TAWT 308, it's AWESOME!!!

Audacity. You can manually tag and label sections of the song then automatically save and name them all.

Audacity will work but don't re compress it into a shitty mp3 it will sound pretty bad.

I'm guessing you're on pc. I recommend Sony acid for these types of things because you can set track markers and burn it to a cd with individual tracks for each section.
