Mii Friends list

Anyone know how to use this?

I created a Mii , and registered on mynintendo.com. Im trying to figure out the Mii parade and adding friends....

I figure itd be cool to post our ID's here...but first i gotta figure it out

I have no idea how it works either. But if you find a mii thats looks like Kublai Khan and is named Kublai thats my mii.

I can't remember exactly but I think it's somewhere where the message board thing is. There is a button where it adds "friends" and it will list your console ID there.
