Kill Disk help

Can someone refresh my memory on making a wipe out disk to automate the process of writing zero's to the HD. I want to be able to pop a floppy disk in and boot to erase the HD.

I think that's the one I've seen mentioned the most.

I would cry if somebody stuck that in my computer, "DBAN will automatically and completely delete the contents of any hard disk that it can detect"

I've used dban. Just burn the ISO to CD and use it to reboot your computer. Takes an hour or more depending on whatever factors. (drive size/number of passes/etc)
