My friend has a NIB xbox 360 (the project gothem racing bundle one) and wants $300 (CDN) or about $260 USD for it. i haven't been to a video game store in a while so i'm not sure what the current price is for these.

it has 1 wireless controller and xbox live for 3 months. he said it has a hard drive but i'm not sure what size.

is this a good deal or average one?

 

Very good deal. Since he says it has a wireless controller it likely is the hard drive version. All 360's HD's are 60GB's. Core bundle 360's have a wired controller and no HD.

Hard drive equipped 360's are still going for $499 although they now mostly come with 2 games. I'd jump on it.
