It's impossible to not be able to find more than a handful of good games to play. Unless you're an anal gamer... LOL! In that case stick a movie in it and call it a day. I defenitely cant wait to get the new Live 09'.

Pick up LittleBigPlanet, Dead Space...Ratchet and Clank is pretty good.
And if you have not downloaded Bionic Commando Rearmed, you need to...terrific platformer with alot of cues to the old classic.

Really? I haven't played Live since 2005 on PS2. And i've been playing Live since the Genesis days. I played the demo and it's better than the previous years. It's about NBA 2K series now. But this year the game has a lot of glitches and online problems.

From your posting, you're a bit of a car guy and if you enjoy F1, try out Formula One...it's been out awhile but it is quite a realistic driving sim. I think it has more depth than GT: Prologue.

watched this at my dad's house on blu-ray. i was absolutely amazed, and kinda hyponotized. high definition is insane

Another game that just came out and is getting good reviews is Midnight Club: Los Angeles. That, SC4, or Saints Row 2 are what I'm going to pick up next.

Uncharted was great. I beat the easy and medium levels and was half way through hard when GTA came out (beating hard unlocks ridiculous/extreme/something impossible). The visuals are stunning. It was longer than I was expecting, too; not long like GTA long, but longer than I thought it would be. It was worth the $50 I paid (bought used), and it's going for around $30 on eBay these days (checked yesterday because I'm thinking of unloading my copy).
Oh yeah, Into the Blue was a great movie...kind of like Uncharted, the visuals were stunning.
Another game that just came out and is getting good reviews is Midnight Club: Los Angeles. That, SC4, or Saints Row 2 are what I'm going to pick up next.

although i know i wont like the ninja game, im more of a shooter/car game guy.

I thought Ninja Gaiden was only on 360 (which sucks because I really liked it on the original Nintendo).
One of the cool things about Uncharted, at least to me, is the little BS stuff you can do (various accomplishments). I like games with little challenges/side bars that don't affect main story progression.
stangg - Saints Row 2 is like GTA (driving/shooting), MC:LA is driving, Uncharted and Bioshock are shooter's.

MGS4 was prolly the best game i played recently. Did you play Rainbow Six Vegas 2? Midnight Club 4 is coming out real soon, that looks pretty sick. Condemned 2 was average.
