Know of any racing video games that features the Acura TL? I was hoping Forza 3 would have the type-S at least, but nah.

When GT5 comes out, the 7th Generation TL will probably be in it.


In seriousness, I thought Forza had some kind of TL in it. Maybe I was imagining things.

GT5 will have 950+ cars. I'm sure a TL will be in it....

Can't imagine they'd put the TL in a game. It isn't exactly a car you'd want to race with. Even the CLS was pushing it... but they needed to have Acura represented with more then the RSX/Integra and NSX in the game at the time.

There just isn't a buzz around a TL to see it in many games. You'd probably see the Genesis sedan in a game before you see the TL.

 

i would think the sheer fact that its acura's best selling vehicle would make it eligible at least.

but i think differently and biased of course.

 

Just because the ES350 is Lexus' best selling model doesn't mean it should be in the game. BUT.... if GT5 is really going to have 950+ cars.... then maybe. I'm a little biased too, I wish they had the 2G TL and you could do a transmission swap a la Forza, heh. CL Type-S 6MT drivetrain swap ftw

 

I remember in the first Gran Turismo you could race with a Mazda Demio

 

In Forza 3 you can race the Land Rover or the Buick Regal. I mean really... com'on!

 

saying who would want to race a TL in the game makes some sense.

except they throw cars in there like the 93 civic hatchback and del sol...
difference being, they have a known tuner following...
