ACL2 Clan
Just a question for steveo, are we all deciding who gets in the clan or is it just Steves preference? I think we should set some guidelines for people to join. But we should all and/or some agree that a person can join.. Like Steve says yea you are good enough now come tryout with our OG clan.. Then we decide.. Just some ideas..
Ex. 1) Must have a mic
2) Must play atleast 3 days a week
3) Team player, not just a bunch of kills he must be working as a team and communicate
4) etc..

This is how the tryouts are going to work.
4 of us (Us being Jonesi, Smitty, Soppa, Silver, or myself) but not all 5, will be in a tryout room.
2 on Seals, 2 on Terrorists.
Cookies and Wings only.
We will come up with a new password just for the tryout room that only the 5 of us know. This way the other ACL'ers won't take up room in our game for people trying out.
Games will be 6v6.
After each game we will evaluate the players who want to try out. They have to play for 3 games to even think about getting an invite.
After their first game they have to switch sides from seals to terrorists or terrorists to seals.

okay... But lets make this CLEAR:..
THEY must have a WORKING MIC:
After they try out they need to play with the rest of our clan so we make sure we can ALL hear the person..
What are we doing about people that already have CLAN tags?... I know some of them want to leave their old clan, but some of them LIE just to play.
Are the recruits your friends that you know Steve?...
I will automatically VOTE against anyone from your BROTHERS CLAN.... I do not want no loud mouth fools on the 1st or 2nd roster, it does not make the game fun...

its up to all of us.
second roster is not a second clan. it is an extension of our first roster.
we wont be battling each other, being partisan, or doing seperate things.
its just making more room for more people.
i like steve being in control of it because hes not a bleeding heart like some of you wimps

If you ask them to leave Soopa and they do not Listen, then they MUST GO....
I expect that from all of you... If I ask you to message Zapata or someone on the other team that I can not kill/see or is lagging, then just do it...and ask them to abort and come back..

And the only reason you three voted someone off is b/c you voted Phil.. Then sooop went and created a whole new room b/c he couldn't get back in and we all had to leave for the new room b/c you didn't give him a chance to leave and reboot..

How about starting a recruit room in captains only? It couldn't hurt to have more captains

i dont really think a recruitment drive is a good idea till we get more organized.

I agree.. Steve is doing the right thing though by playing more in the afternoon and in open rooms where you can find some though..

Hey smitty all the guys from my clan r just as cool as most of u guys
i think soopa shouldnt have to agree who gets in the second roster cause steves the one managing it. its pretty obv is someone is good enough
plus if we have a tryout room then people who r interested will come in not just dicks who want to play

I've been trying to get people to join ACL 2 but once they find out it is an expansion roster they are no longer interested. Seems like everyone thinks they won't get any playing time during clan wars; even though I explain what we are trying to do. I'd be happy just re-joining the orginal roster again and keeping it like it was.

still a Masshole
I played with a guy last night (briefly) who was pretty cool and seemed like a team player. I'm gonna try and play with him a few more times and he is looking for a clan. Two issues though..1) he's a chopstick 2) he plays late. Now I don't think he'll be a chopstick much longer because he played well on Rat's nest and Bitter Jungle. his name is LIKQID and I'll check him out some more before I tell him to contact steve or the other clan leaders.
