Gamebattles: Reporting Kills
Apparently it is the LOSING clans job to report kills for each clan.
But -- there is no rule sanctioning that it must be done. And apparently kills have no effect on your actual clan ranking.
Kinda ghey. But as long as it doesnt affect us either way... who cares

well we have no control over it. we cant report kills unless we lose. lol
its like punishment. haha
ultimately its kinda a good thing... since people who get booted mid game dont get FUCKED on their stats.
